Booking & Visiting
We recommend booking your play session in advance, as we operate with limited numbers to ensure everyone has a safe, relaxed and enjoyable experience.
Online bookings can be made right up until a few minutes before the session starts, subject to availability.
Walk-ins are welcome, but entry can only be guaranteed if there are spaces available in the session when you arrive.
For the latest updates, be sure to follow us on social media. We regularly share information about special sessions, closures, changes to our timetable, last-minute availability and more.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred.
'No shows' will not be refunded.
RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your session by logging into your account and managing your booking online.
If you experience any problems or need help, please contact us at littleadventuresplaycafe@gmail.com.
Please note that tickets which have not been rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
If you arrive for a session without having booked a ticket, we may unfortunately be unable to accommodate you if the session is fully booked. If we do have availability, you are welcome to join us and will be charged our usual admission price for each person attending.
